Can I use a cellphone jammer in hostel?

Hello Robbins!Depending on what you say, you can of course use a cellphone jammer without disturbing other people's normal use of the signal.Of course, you need to choose a jammer with a smaller blocker range or can adjustable jammer range.Hopefully my answer is of help to you
