Can use a signal jammer in exam room?

    As an educator, nothing is more worrying than cheating in exams. I heard that other countries use jamming devices to prevent students from cheating in exams. Is it true? Can it be used in the United States?

    Cell phone jammer are now commonly used in exam rooms in Japan and China. European countries such as Britain and France are also trying to introduce such device. There is currently no U.S. policy against it.
