Is it possible to jam GSM/GPS tracking device, without jamming mobile phones?

You should know that general GPS location tracking, in addition to the GPS tracker may be located, it may also be sent by the phone's APP. But you want to keep the phone's normal communication function, which is much more complicated. Obviously, a normal handheld jammer won't do what you need. You may need an advanced cell phone jammer that controls each band individually
