China is indeed using cell phone jammer on a large scale in its prison system, and it is working. Using such devices not only effectively cuts off criminals from the outside world, but also invalidates smuggled mobile phones. Of course, in addition to cell phones, prisons also have to guard against the smuggling of illegal drones
