5. Unshielded areas (including but not limited to administrative buildings, armed police buildings and surrounding units or residential areas, etc.) must ensure unblocked communication;
6. After the shielding effect is achieved, it must pass the shielding site electromagnetic radiation safety test;
7. Fully retain the output redundancy of the equipment, increase the service life, and adapt to the needs of future development;
8. The system must use centralized power supply.
