How to kill cell phone signal

JeffWilcox June 2018I live next door to a neighbor who often calls late at night. Every day from 1 a.m. to 3 a.m., he would make regular phone calls and wake me up from sleep. So I want to know what can I do to block cell phone signal so that I can sleep in peace.
